Renting your place out on Airbnb or Stayz? Beach houses take a beating from salt air, and small problems are easy to miss when you're not there. Sam can check on your place between guests and sort out any electrical work. Just ask.
- Switchboard checks before summer
- Smoke alarm checks between guests
- Outdoor lighting and weatherproof powerpoints
- Repairs and small fit-outs while you're away
Sam came out on a Saturday morning when our switchboard tripped and wouldn't reset. Diagnosed a failing safety switch, replaced it on the spot, and ran a full RCD test on the whole house. Booked him back for a proper switchboard upgrade two weeks later. Tidy work, fair price.
